To be responsible for the customer achieving the desired results when using our product and service. A customer success manager works with customers to ensure they’re receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals. This includes advising them on buying decisions and onboarding new users after purchase. CSMs have an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and are responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams.


You understand the substance of the customer’s business and act as an expert for the customer and are able to propose the best possible solution. We appreciate Smart industry know-how from the process or manufacturing industry.

Our company is undergoing a transition phase and your work also includes project manager work for named large corporate clients.

You work at the hub of doing and communicating, ensuring that things progress as agreed.

You promote the fulfillment of financial goals and are responsible for customer reporting and invoicing criteria.

As a Customer Success Manager, you:

Advocate for the company – explaining to customers why you can meet their specific needs.

Onboard new customers – educate customers on how to use your product

Follow up on renewals – create loyal customers

Encourage upsells and cross-sells

Build relationships between customers and the support team – Technical issues, minor product problems, and basic business questions should be geared towards your customer support team.

Be the voice of the customer – CSMs should organize, analyze, and share this information with other departments to ensure your company’s decisions always consider the voice of the customer.

We value the know-how and experience of the following:

  • project or service management in the software industry
  • previous experience in a customer success manager role
  • process knowledge of web programming and user interface design

A technical background will help you succeed in the role, but it is not a requirement.

You fit perfectly into our skilled team if you have a hunger for doing things and feel that you can control even large entities.
